2. It is strictly forbidden to lose power during storage. Loss of power means that the battery is not charged in time after use. When the battery is stored in a power-deficient state, it is prone to sulfation. Lead sulfate crystals adhere to the electrode plate, blocking the ion channel, causing insufficient charging and decreasing battery capacity. The longer the idle time in the power-deficient state, the more severe the battery damage. Therefore, when the battery is not in use, it should be recharged once a month to better maintain the battery health.

3. Avoid high-current discharge When electric vehicles start, carry people, or go uphill, please use their pedals to help, try to avoid instantaneous high-current discharge. High current discharge will easily lead to lead sulfate crystals, which will damage the physical properties of the battery plates.

4. To prevent the environment with excessively high exposure temperature, the internal pressure of the battery will increase and the battery pressure limiting valve will be forced to open automatically. The direct consequence is to increase the battery's water loss, and excessive battery loss will inevitably lead to a decrease in battery activity and accelerate the softening of the plate. , The shell heats up during charging, and the shell bulges, deforms, and other fatal injuries.

5. Avoid plug heating during charging. The loosening of the charger output plug and oxidation of the contact surface will cause the charging plug to heat up. Excessive heating time will cause the charging plug to short-circuit, directly damage the charger and cause unnecessary losses. Therefore, when the above situation is discovered, the oxide should be removed in time or the connector should be replaced.

6. Periodic inspection. During the use process, if the continued mileage of the electric vehicle suddenly drops more than ten kilometers in a short time, it is very likely that at least one battery in the battery pack has broken grids, softened plates, and active materials on the plates. Short-circuit phenomena such as falling off. At this time, you should go to a professional battery repair organization for inspection, repair or assembly in time. This can relatively extend the life of the battery pack and save money to the greatest extent.
